Bombshell Discovery × Fiction Factory

AI systems, built for the nonprofits that serve veterans.

Software should carry the work that eats a small team’s hours — so their people can spend that time on the mission.

We partnered with Fiction Factory, an AI software studio whose automation already runs inside multimillion-dollar companies — quietly handling the repetitive, time-consuming work that used to tie up whole teams. We built on that same technology for one reason: to give nonprofits that efficiency, so their people spend less time on office work and more on the mission.

The AI Crew Chief

Not a therapist. Not a diagnostic tool. A teammate that notices something is off before you say it — a personal baseline over time, surfacing meaningful change.

  • Listens for tone, cadence, and engagement
  • Patterns over time, not labels or diagnoses
  • Reaches veterans living remotely or isolated

Operations for small teams

The unglamorous half: intake, scheduling, records, follow-up, and reporting — carried so a four-person nonprofit can run like a forty-person one.

  • Participant intake and program tracking
  • Grant and impact reporting from real data
  • Follow-up that doesn't depend on memory
▲ In development

Shared with the sector

What works here shouldn't stay here. The intent is to make these systems available to other veteran-serving nonprofits rather than rebuilding the same tooling six times over.

  • Proven in demanding commercial operations
  • Built for orgs without an IT department
  • Veteran-serving nonprofits prioritized
▲ Planned

The AI Crew Chief is a support and awareness tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care or crisis services.
